Keynotes that invite a different way of looking at humans and AI
On how looking differently at humans and technology leads to different choices with AI

AI & the human of tomorrow
a new perspective
AI is playing an increasingly significant role in work and organizations. This calls not only for technological choices, but above all for clarity around being human, leadership and direction.
In this keynote, I place AI in a broader perspective. Not as a leading framework, but as part of a context that is changing. The conversation shifts from accelerating to zooming out, from technology to meaning, and from isolated initiatives to a shared, supported movement.
This keynote is intended as a strategic opening: a moment to determine direction together before accelerating further.
What this keynote sets in motion
Calm and clarity in a time of acceleration
A shared human perspective as a compass
Language for what often remains unspoken
A foundation for choices that are broadly supported
No ready-made solutions.
But direction, confidence and room for what comes next.
Contexts & formats
This keynote can be used as a collective starting point for direction, dialogue and movement around people and technology.
Depending on context and audience, it can take different forms, including:
- Keynote and dialogue for boards or executive teams on AI and human perspective in relation to the organization’s mission
- Kick-off for employees
- Keynote for leadership teams and larger groups of employees
- Contribution to professional or industry conferences
- Inspiration session for clients or partners
- Part of a summer or winter school for employees or relations
In addition, I am available as a moderator and content design partner for sessions and events focused on people and technology.
Everything starts from one core principle: being human and exercising leadership in a changing context, with technology as part of that context.
Approach
Every collaboration starts with an introductory conversation.
This is followed by a substantive preparation in which purpose, audience and context are clarified, ensuring that the keynote or session aligns precisely with what is needed.
In trajectories where I act as moderator or content design partner, I work closely with the client on the design and facilitation of the program. Through several preparatory sessions, we ensure that content, form and dynamics reinforce one another.
Speaking as form
I speak with words.
And sometimes without.
Sound is part of my keynotes as a form to move beyond the rational conversation.
Not as an explanation or method, but as an experience that helps people truly feel what it is about.

Who it is for
This keynote is suited for organizations that:
take AI seriously
want to bring their people along
seek direction before acceleration
want to look beyond tools and use cases
It is not a technical talk, but a leadership intervention.
Moderator
In addition to keynotes, I am available as a moderator for events and gatherings where people, leadership and technology come together.
Always with attention to the whole, the dynamics in the room, and the right conversation at the right moment.
